Buying two new guns...

First off, I am new to this website and it looks pretty cool.

I am getting ready to purchase a couple new guns. I was wondering if anyone here has one or has shot either of them. I am getting a Ruger PC-9 carbine just for plinking purposes and I have found a AR-15 that is legal for Kaliphornia so I figured Id better buy that before its illegal. I have never shot either and was wondering what you guys think?

-As for Varmint hunting I just got a Ruger K77VT in 22-250 caliber. I plan on getting into doing some varmint hunting shortly. What do you guys think of this rifle for shooting those little critters?

Yea I agree with Handloader again,plus you get a good work out packing that hunk around. Other then being to darn heavy its a great rig. Outlaw
