Whats on your list of game to hunt?

Hi Mossyhorns,

I will be doing some more coyote hunting and some more coon hunting yet this year. The coon season ends in mid Feb.

In March I plan on going on a boar hunt where you got your boar. I haven't decided for sure yet, but I will probably use my handgun for this hunt.

As far as my next bow hunting, it will probably be bowfishing for carp & gar in the spring.

I'm going to hit fox hard before they end. Hopefully we'll get a good snow that stays around so I can see if they are still around.

And I'm going out to a friend's ranch between now and fishing, for coyote when I get time. After that it's bow season again and this year my brother's house should be done and after two years I should find myself with a lot of time to fill up.

I just got a boat so hopefully I'll get it out on the water this year. But that will depend on how the house building goes. If it goes too long into the summer I won't bother with the boat.

Yea,I'm waiting for the snow to fall to get in some better coyote hunting.Water is just gotten thick enough to get on.Caught 30 gills and 2 bass.On 2 inches of ice Sat.As soon as i came out of the timber from deer hunting.

Sept. going to Canada for a Black Bear bow hunt
And planning a Pronghorn bow hunt in N.Dakota this fall with a buddy.

Then the whitetail season will be opening soon after again.

And have been invited to do a Wisconsin rifle hunt this next fall

I no longer hunt with a bow but when I did , I hunted ELK, Deer, Black Bear and coyotes. ;) Outlaw

I have never got to hunt mule deer yet, I would love to do that. I would also like to go elk hunting. ::rasp)

I had set a quest for myself,what i call my 5x5x5.

5 differant animals

5 differant states

5 years time

Of which i want to take a Bull Elk-Muley Deer-Wild Boar-Pronghorn-Black Bear

I have the Muley - Bear and Pronghorn left.And 4 yrs to go.

tcoop - The pronghorn hunt is only $165.00 for the tag.In N. Dakota.Have to send in app. by March.But its not a lottery draw.You would get tags in the area we are going to.If your interested.Otherwise i still have Mule deer down the road sometime to chase after.Have a guy there Clay that is going to hunt with us and get us on the goats.

I am planning an elk hunt in OR. for 2003, as well as muley hunt in NE. I am fortunate enough to have family in both states. A sister in OR that owns 300 acres, that she and her husband claim is full of elk. And in laws in NE own 4000 acres. I do well there every year, I took a real nice 5x5 there this last season.
