anybody have any tips on makin bows? I recently finished one for my little cousin who is eight and it cam out pretty good i used a hickory sapling(I think). But i screwed up a lot too. can anybody help on in the tillering process. Also what are some good woods in the Massachusetts area

There is a special tallent that goes with making bows. I have seen some real beautiful ones that some guys have put many hours into making. The last time that I made a bow it was with a maple branch and kite string. :lol: (Probably about 3rd grade). So I don't have any good advice on making bows. Good luck and post pictures as you make new bows.
