Hi everyone,
Finally got around to trying out my new Turbo Nocks (http://www.turbonock.com/index.shtml). They are nocks with vanes built in is the best way I could describe them. With them you no longer need vanes or feathers. They are suppose to spin the arrow sooner after leaving the string and faster than a normal fletched arrow.
Therefore, they are suppose to stabilize faster, fly straighter, and faster.
I didn't have time to shoot them very much, but what I found was that they are hitting 2-3 inches higher at 20 yards. I haven't had the chance to shoot them though a crony yet, but I'm assuming that the rise in impact is because they are faster as advertised.
I think I'm going to like them.
