Itl be awhile. Will be building tranny for cummins in next few weeks so I'm all tapped out now. She made 270k on stock 47re with the beginning of her life running around at 34k. The last year she's been semi retired with no tow duties as I milked every last penny out of the tranny.

Anyways here's a few photos from yesterday looking for dogs.

Knobs are zeroed on revolution 5 at 100yds. Scope gets my load to 1000 with to more up revolutions.

Here's a photo of where my load hits on mill quad reticle. I am zero at 100 the second mill down gets me to 400

I'm really being to like mill dot scopes. I had sightron sII a long time back with mill dot but technology wasn't at a place where we could easily see where are bullet trajectory hits on mill dot dot.

This is my 115 Berger vld load at roughly 3000fps bullett has .458 g1 bc if my actual velocity is close to 3000 this is right on. But if my real live velocity is a few hundred fps or even 100fps then I'll have to punch paper to get it figured out. Or invest in chronograph.

I've done so much research on mill dots and how to estimate range with them that I've gone blue

The old 2506 is working pretty darn well as long range rig.
Were making first shot hits to 700. I'm quickly becoming addicted to hitting things that are way put there.
Yesterday dropped a dog after dialing to 699 that's 103"s of drop for my load out that far.
Also found a deer shed.

Idaho does not disappoint when it comes to long range possibilities

Had my cousins out with us.theyre big into shed hunting

I'm using sig kilo 2000 to range
